How to generate Share Code

Access the Official Website:

• Visit the View and Prove Your Immigration Status page on the GOV.UK website.

Begin the Process:

• Click the "Start now" button to get started.

Choose Your Identity Document:

• Select the identity document you used during your application, such as a passport, national identity card, or biometric residence permit.

Enter Your Details:

• Input the document number and your date of birth in the required format.

Confirm Your Identity:

• Check your email or phone for the security code and use it to log in.

Generate a Share Code:

• Go to the "Prove your status" section and click "Get a share code."
• When asked for a reason, select "Other" (the last option) to provide details about your right to study.
• Confirm your choice and generate the share code.

Save and Share the Code:

• Copy or save the share code for future use. Provide it along with your date of birth to the organisation requesting proof of your right to study.
